Originally from San Francisco, I have lived in several cities in the United States and Switzerland, and am currently based in São Paulo.

I have experience working directly as an employee of the Brazilian government in procurement. It is this first-hard experience with how the bureaucracy works that sets me apart from many others in this field.

I have a bachelor's degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, USA as well as a master's from Institut des Hautes Études Internationales et du Développement in Geneva, Switzerland. I also have an Accounting degree and am a certified accountant in Brazil (SP332816), have been certified by the American Translators Association (Portuguese into English, #534064), and currently a law student in one of Brazil's foremost law programs.

For the past five years I've been exclusively dedicated to helping foreign businesses in Brazil (along with a few Brazilian businesses abroad).
